Natural talent developed naturally, in Assurance.

Photography, music, sport, friendships – we all have a natural talent for something. Whether it’s a creative mind, the ability to follow patterns, a great team spirit or just the fact that you are a people person, the skills necessary to be good at something you love, can be perfect for making you good at things you’ve never even thought of. At EY, we can help you take your natural talents and develop them naturally into a meaningful career where you can use them to excel.

Take our Graduate Programme in Assurance, which is all about providing solutions to help our clients make informed decisions that increase stakeholder confidence. If you’re an organised person, with a eye for detail and the ability to see things others can’t, you’ll soar in a career in assurance.

Auditing an EY client includes understanding the key business and financial risks facing our clients and the markets they operate in, reviewing processes, designing tests and verifying accounting treatments and numbers, all whilst complying with accounting and auditing standards. We audit clients across a number of sectors including tech, pharma, banking, wealth and asset management, aircraft leasing, government, media, telecoms and construction. We are very proud of the fact that we audit 68% of the tech companies in the Irish market.

Forensics and Data Analytics

Our teams in Forensic & Integrity Services (Forensics) and Data Analytics tackle the complex issues of fraud, regulatory compliance, and dispute services. Working on projects ranging from corporate fraud investigation to big data analytics or simply designing and developing intelligent solutions to solve our clients’ complex data challenges.
